Your Wedding Reception

Your wedding reception can take place in a number of beautiful spots at
La Buena Vida Restaurant. Celebrate on the beach under the stars, by the swimming pool, or in our private dining room.
La Buena Vida, one of Akumal's favorite restaurants, has an enchanting dining room on the upper level of the restaurant. Dine under the authentic palapa roof as you enjoy the 360° panoramic views. A sit-down dinner, our popular buffet-style reception, or simply champagne and appetizers may be arranged.
Depending on the number of people at your reception, an area can be reserved for yourprivate wedding reception.

BAR SERVICE
Beverages for your guests may be put on a tab or a limit may be established at the bar (when the limit is reached, it becomes a cash bar).
A 15% gratuity is added to the bar bill.
Beverages are not included in the price of the meals.

MUSIC - We offer an excellent choice of local music to help you celebrate your event.
A traditional trio, a salsa band, mariachi band with seven people, or a D.J. are all options to enhance the mood and energy of your celebration.

WEDDING CAKE - Cakes, baked locally, are available in a range of sizes to suit your reception. Two days notice required for cake orders.

FLOWERS - A wide range of floral treatments are available, inlcluding bouquets, corsages, arbors, and table centerpieces. You may order your flowers for the wedding from the florist in Playa del Carmen and they will be delivered on your wedding day.

$250-$500 Deposit for your reception
$100 Sound system for wedding
$10 corkage fee if you bring your own liquor
